Bonita “Bonny” Rogers, beloved wife of William “Bill” Rogers of Medicine Hat, passed away on Tuesday, December 19th, 2017 at the age of 64 years. Besides her husband Bill, Bonny also leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Leha (Warren Smith) Rogers; one brother, Thomas (Peggy) Brushett; and sister, Maureen (Danny) Burke, Laura (Glen) Coulombe, and Tracy (Ray) Wilson; her mother-in-law, Elsie May Rogers; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Bonny was predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Catherine Brushett. Born in Windsor, ON and raised in New Waterford, Cape Breton, Bonny moved to Medicine Hat in 1989. She enjoyed colouring, and going for coffee with her friends. Bonny had a love for life and brightened any one’s day that she met. She also loved jewelry, anything that sparkled, and animals. A private funeral service will be held at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL on Wednesday, December 27th, 2017 with Gary W. Goran officiating.
