Blaine Kenneth Middleton passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2018, at the age of 64 years, beloved husband of Gwen Middleton of Medicine Hat. He also leaves to cherish his memory his children, Aaron (Shelly) Middleton and their daughter Isabella, Jamie (Larry) Charbonneau and their children Jaden and Brooklyn; his father James Middleton; his brother Jeff (Marilyn) Middleton and sisters, Bonnie (Bruce) Williams and Michelle Middleton – Currence; as well as his sister-in-law Margo. He will also be remembered by Gwens parents, Adam (Loretta) Schmaltz and her brothers and sister, Brian (Michelle) Schmaltz, Steve (Wendy) Schmaltz, and Kim (Glen) Renwick as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Olga Middleton and his brother Tom. At Blaine’s request no funeral service will be held.
