Bernice Elsie Smith, loving wife of Sydney, passed away at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice in Medicine Hat on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at the age of 79 years. Along with Syd, left to cherish Bernice’s memory are her sons, Tyrone (Lindy) and Mike (Chantelle); four grandchildren whom she deeply loved with all of her heart, Sully, Hendrix, Scarlett and Thomas as well as her brother, Les. Bernice’s grandchildren were the centre of her being and they, along with rest of her loved ones, will miss her deeply. Dignified cremation has taken place. A private gathering of family and friends will take place.
