Ann Marie Mugford passed away in Medicine Hat on Friday, December 26, 2025, at the age of 68 years, leaving behind a profound sadness and an immeasurable void in the hearts of all who loved her. A devoted wife and a deeply loving mother, she gave endlessly of herself, always putting her family first. Her kindness, strength, and unconditional love were the foundation of her home and the light that guided her children throughout their lives. Ann Marie is survived by her beloved husband, Doug Goss, whose life was forever enriched by her love, and by her cherished children, Joe (Stephanie) Mugford, Crystal (Mike) Bolch, Douglas (Keandra) Goss and Cayla (Stephen) Goss as well as her grandchildren, Katie, Hannah, Virginia, Keenan, Noah, Maddie, Sam, Alex and Hudson, who were her greatest pride and joy. Though words cannot fully express the loss felt by her family and friends, her spirit will live on through the countless memories, lessons, and love she shared. Ann Marie will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten. A Celebration of Ann Marie’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Murray Jaster officiating. A time of fellowship will follow thereafter in the Cook Southland Reception Facility.
