Martin & Bach take leads into final round at 2019 Victoria Day Classic
MEDICINE HAT, AB – Becky Martin and Mitch Bach have extended their respective leads atop the standings on moving day at the 64th annual Victoria Day Classic tournament.
Teeing off at the Medicine Hat Golf and Country Club on Sunday morning following a frost delay, Martin posted the top score in the ladies championship flight by a country mile with a 79.
Martin is on the right track for her fourth consecutive Victoria Day Classic title, as she holds an 18-stroke lead over Pat Hall for first place at 10-over par through two rounds.
She’ll be joined in the final grouping by Cathy Fisher and Stephania Duffee, who sit two and three strokes behind Hall for second place.
