UPDATE: Power outage in city’s southwest resolved

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The City of Medicine Hat confirmed a power outage in the city’s southeast and southwest.
According to the city, approximately 3,200 customers were without power at 4:30 p.m.
The outage was caused by a pole fire.
Power was restored to all but 75 customers after 5:30 p.m.
The city expected to have power restored to the remaining customers, which were primarily commercial and industrial, by 11 p.m.
