Rattlers celebrate partnership with Big Brothers, Big Sisters
MEDICINE HAT, AB — The Medicine Hat College Rattlers may be finished with their season on the court, but their work continues off the court.
The Rattlers Athletic Program invited the local chapter of Big Brothers, Big Sisters to the college Tuesday evening. During the evening, members of the Rattlers played games with the children in attendance at the gym.
“I love being out in the community, chatting with kids, meeting different people, it’s awesome,” said Ty Moline, a member of the Rattlers volleyball team. “You get to hear some stories from their side of life. Hering a nine-year-old’s opinion on life is some of the best stuff you’ll ever hear.”
