MEDICINE HAT, AB — Injury woes continue for the Medicine Hat Tigers heading into the final weeks of the Western Hockey League season.

According to the WHL’s weekly report, defenceman Joel Craven’s upper-body injury, which was reported during the weekly report on February 5, is now listed as season-ending. Details about the nature of the injury are not known.

CHAT Sports reached out to Tigers head coach Shaun Clouston to learn the extent of the injury, but he has yet to return our requests.

Craven played 32 games this season, and had three goals and one assist.

The report also lists forward Ryan Jevne as week-to-week, also with an upper body injury.

Hayden Ostir, who suffered a knee injury January 4 against the Kootenay Ice, and was expected to miss 4-6 weeks, is now listed as day-to-day.

More to come.
