City looking to fill advisory board vacancies

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The City of Medicine Hat has announced there are several vacancies on city boards that need to be filled.

A total of five volunteer boards which help provide information, recommendation and advice for City Council and city administration are looking for volunteers to help fill positions.

The boards accepting applications include the City Centre Development Agency (two vacancies), the Arts and Heritage Advisory Board (one vacancy), the Medicine Hat Public Library board (one vacancy), the Urban Environment and Recreation Advisory Board (two vacancies), and the Youth Advisory Board (two vacancies).

Those interested in serving on the Youth Advisory Board must be between 15 and 21 years old.
