MEDICINE HAT, AB — Police Chief Andy McGrogran responded to the allegations presented in a report compiled by Ken Montgomery alleging he downplayed results of two surveys to the Medicine Hat Police Commission.

McGrogan sat down with CHAT News Friday afternoon to talk about the report and allegations presented to the commission following Thursday’s meeting
