Highway 41 crash claims life of 64 year old woman

CYPRESS COUNTY, AB. —A 64 year old woman died after her car was in collision with a semi truck on Highway 41 yesterday afternoon.
 
It happened around 2:15 p.m. near Township road 132.
 
The driver of the semi was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
 
RCMP say they were the only two people involved in the mishap.
 
The investigation continues but at this time Mounties don’t believe charges will be laid.
 
The name of the victim is  not being made public.
