Police investigating alleged sexual touching of girl at Family Leisure Centre

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Medicine Hat Police are investigating after a young girl was allegedly touched inappropriately by a man at the Family Leisure Centre on Friday.

At around 5:00 pm on Friday night, police were called after a preteen told staff members at the Family Leisure Centre she was touched while swimming at the pool.

The suspect is described as a white man, between 30 and 35 years old, around six feet tall, an average build, with short light brown hair, a groomed beard and moustache, and has a colourful tattoo around his left bicep.

Police are calling the case a sexual offence and are looking for tips from the public to identify the suspect.
