Police seeking assistance in possible hit and run

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The Medicine Hat Police Service Traffic Unit is asking for public assistance in identifying a vehicle. 

Police say the vehicle may have been involved in a hit and run collision in the 2300 block of 11 Ave NE on December 17, 2018, around 10:20 a.m.

The vehicle is believed to be a 2015 Kia Sportage with the manufacturer’s colour described as “Burnt Orange”. It may have damage to the passenger side and passenger door mirror.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Traffic Unit at 403-529-8471. Anonymous tips can also be called into Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
