Two significant events announced for the Canalta Centre (CC). Volbeat and the WWE. A rock band that actually has modern hits and wasn’t relevant decades ago. Plus, the WWE which continues to be on of the biggest entertainment companies in the world. I hear Hatters complain that there aren’t enough events at the CC. Well, here is your chance to show promoters and bookers that look at ticket sales and say huh, we can make money there. Imagine the CC is packed for both events, then promoters might have more incentive to book more and better events. Share with your friends and family. I know not everyone is a fan of Volbeat or WWE, but you all probably know someone who is. If not, enough people show up then the CC will continue being a place that is looked over.

The original NEB review of Trans Mountain was done mainly in 2015, before the Liberals were elected. An energy strategist with Greenpeace, said the Conservative government was eager to avoid looking at tanker traffic increases because any review of it would surely find they pose a risk to the orcas, and therefore the NEB couldn’t say the pipeline won’t have any significant impacts on the environment and aquatic life.
