Deceased man found in Southridge; foul play not suspected

MEDICINE HAT, AB — Medicine Hat police say a man was found dead in Southridge Wednesday morning, but foul play is not suspected.

Police responded to the call at approximately 10:30 a.m. The body was found in a green space in the Southridge area. The Medicine Hat Fire Service was also called in to remove the body.

In a news release sent Wednesday afternoon, police say foul play is not suspected, and the man’s next of kin is being notified.

Police say no further information will be provided.
