Correction: Kushners-Opportunity Zones story
WASHINGTON — In a story Dec. 11 about an Opportunity Zone tax break promoted by Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, The Associated Press erroneously reported that the couple jointly own a stake in the real estate investment firm Cadre that is launching a series of Opportunity Zone funds. That stake is in Jared Kushner’s name. It clarifies that Kushner’s stake of between $25 million and $50 million is in a holding company with an ownership stake in Cadre.
