Police looking to identify man following alleged vandalism at Medicine Hat Lodge

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The Medicine Hat Police Service is asking for the public’s help to identify a man who allegedly vandalized a display at the Medicine Hat Lodge.

At approximately 2:55 a.m. this morning, an unknown male entered the hotel foyer from the inside casino entrance. The man allegedly pushed over four Christmas trees which were decorated and on display for an upcoming fundraising event for the Santa Claus Fund.

Two of the trees were damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced before the event.

Police released this photo of the suspect they’re looking to identify. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 403-529-8481.
