Mad Hatter & Happy Hatter – August 27

Mad Hatter
Its been three years since Medicine Hat upgraded their lights to more efficient LEDs. Yet almost every single light in Redcliff is those terrible mercury bulbs. Hey, Medicine Hat, isn’t it about time you switched the lights in Redcliff, as you do operate the electric in that town. Redcliff residents also pay for those upgrades since we pay the same bill.

Happy Hatter
Great job Bernier. PC opposition leaders are filled with a bunch of rejects from Harper. Dimples is the “yes man” from being the speaker of the house. No other experience. Our opposition leader of AB, ex-Immigration Minister from Harper is just another “yes man” that is fear mongering AB voters.

Mad Hatter
Mad that both local candidates for the UCP are more focused on personal gain, using their social media to act like high school mean girls, returning us to the 1950s with their extreme social views, and fangirling over their party leader than they are about promoting our city and supporting the DIVERSE groups of people and businesses/industries who live and operate here.

Mad Hatter
City needs to find a way to cut admin fees on utilities.  In this electronic world, those admin fees seem excessive.  Why is garbage picked up weekly for black bins, many cities have biweekly already?

Happy Hatter
So happy for the rain! It is well needed and so nice to have the air cleaned up!

Mad Hatter
We basically skipped spring and went straight to summer, which absolutely FLEW by. Now we are skipping the end of summer and going straight into fall. This is going to be one rough winter. I don’t think anyone is prepared yet. It’s all going by way too fast.

Happy Hatter
Happy to have had some down time on the weekend to get on top of my housework. It always feels good when things get organized.

Happy Hatter
It amazes me how so many complain about the prices of FLC for a day of entertainment (stay all day if you choose).   How much is a movie for a family for a totally of 90 minutes at most?
