Robbery suspect caught with help of police dog

Medicine Hat, AB. – An observant member of the public spotted a suspect wanted by police for an armed robbery earlier yesterday at the Shoppers Drug Mart in Crescent Heights.
 
A man with a limp was seen near an apartment complex on Hatcher Drive n.e. where a suspect had jumped from a second floor balcony and eluded police 12 hours earlier.
 
When he tried to run again, he was caught by a police service dog.
 
39 year old Graeme Illingworth was also wanted previous outstanding warrants in Brooks and Medicine Hat.
