MEDICINE HAT – The owners of Bamboo Innovations and Deadbolt Construction have seen an outpouring of support after their business went up in flames last month.

A GoFundMe page along with a dinner and silent auction this part weekend have raised around $10,000 for JoDana Tokamp and Dustin Tizzard whose company was destroyed.

A fire broke out in the building they were leasing on May 23rd, in the city’s light industrial area.

The fire gutted the building causing an estimated $400,000 in damages.

The couple previously said they were on target for their most successful year yet. The money from the fundraisers will help them start to rebuild their business.
