Clean up continues after Saturday night wind storm in Medicine Hat

Medicine Hat, AB. – 8 city crews will be back at work today, continuing the clean up after Saturday’s wind storm in Medicine Hat.
 
3 of those teams will be arborists, focusing on major known down trees.   The city says it has already counted 20 public trees that were lost, a total that doesn’t include trees on private property.
 
5 crews will be cleaning up parks and roads of smaller debris and branches and will be watching for any hanging limbs or dangers.
 
City utility crews are also continuing repairs including power pole replacement and line repairs.
