Virtue, Moir, Stojko and Chan to perform at Canalta Centre in October

MEDICINE HAT, AB — Medicine Hat residents will have the opportunity to see some of the top Canadian figure skaters take to the ice this fall.

The Thank You Canada Tour, featuring Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, will be stopping at the Canalta Centre on October 20.

Virtue and Moir have won five Olympic medals, three World Figure Skating Championships and eight Canadian Figure Skating Championships through their career.

In addition to Virtue and Moir, the tour will feature fellow Olympians Patrick Chan, Elvis Stojko, Kaetlyn Osmond, Meagan Duhamel and Eric Radford .

Through Chan’s career, he has won three Olympic medals, three World Championships and 10 Canadian championships. Duhamel and Radford have won three Olympic medals, four World Championships and seven Canadian Championships. Osmond has won three Olympic Medals and three Canadian Championships, in addition to one World Championship. Stojko is a seven-time Canadian champion, three time World Champion and has won two Olympic Medals.
