MEDICINE HAT, AB – A rare chance to peer into the future this weekend for the Medicine Hat Tigers organization, as they welcomed their future to the city on Friday.

Players arrived for the Tigers’ annual Orientation Camp at the Family Leisure Centre, taking part in some early testing and getting acquainted with the coaching staff.

Tigers draft picks from 2017 and 2018 are invited to the camp, which will give head coach and GM Shaun Clouston an idea of what’s in store for the future of the franchise.

The camp wraps up on Sunday morning with the annual Team Black vs. Team White scrimmage, which is free to attend for fans at 9:45 am.

It will be the first time donning a Tigers jersey for three of Medicine Hat’s top prospects selected in last month’s WHL Bantam Draft.

CHAT Sports was able to speak to Cole Sillinger, Dru Krebs, and Liam Vanderkooi about their introduction to the Tigers organization, as well as Clouston regarding the camp as a whole.
