River Rescue Monday Night

MEDICINE HAT, AB. – A motorized canoe ran out of fuel on the South Saskatchewan river in the city last night.
 
Fortunately, the fire department aquatic rescue team was training with Jet Boat 1 near Police Point at the same time.
 
They were able to help the stranded boaters by towing them back to the boat launch at Strathcona Park.
