Helicopters already landing at Medicine Hat Regional Hospital

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The helipad at Medicine Hat Regional Hospital received certification last week and already has seen a few emergency landings.
HALO Rescue helped facilitate a hospital transfer on Friday from Oyen.
The helicopter was called out to an emergency in Walsh on Saturday morning.
Few details have been released but officials say it was a medical call.
HALO was also called out to the crash near Burdett and did fly one person into Medicine Hat for treatment.
