Redcliff RCMP investigating attempted sexual assault

REDCLIFF, AB — Redcliff RCMP are asking for the public’s health to identify a suspect in a sexual assault investigation.
The incident happened on March 10 at approximately 1 a.m. According to a news release, a woman was walking on Third Street Northeast when she was approached by a man she did not know. The man allegedly demanded the woman engage in a sexual act with him and grabbed onto her. The woman was able to break free and continued south on Third Street. She was not injured during the incident.
The man was last seen heading east on Broadway Avenue East.
The suspect is believed to be Hispanic, has short dark hair, a moustache and a goatee. He is approximately 5’10” tall and was wearing all white clothing.
