Two more people recovering from suspected overdoses in Saskatoon
SASKATOON — Two more people have overdosed in a Saskatchewan city where police have asked people to turn in their cocaine because of three drug deaths in less than a week.
Saskatoon police fear cocaine laced with fentanyl is circulating and say there have been at least eight overdoses in the city in recent days.
The two most recent, involving a man and a woman, happened at the same home on Wednesday.
The two were taken to hospital, but their conditions weren’t known.
