Midget AA Hounds defeated in playoff tournament final

LETHBRIDGE, AB — The Can Pak Environmental Midget AA Hounds’ season has come to an end.

During the final game of the South Central Alberta Hockey League playoff tournament Sunday night, the Hounds were topped 2-1 by the Lethbridge Hurricane Hounds, losing the tournament.

Zachery Dovichak scored the lone goal for the Hounds during the second period. Spencer Kennedy with Lethbridge tied the game on the power play later in the period.

Zach Trempner scored the game winning goal in the third period.

Dawsen Savage made 27 saves in goal for the loss.
