Bow Island residents meeting to discuss rural crime watch

BOW ISLAND, AB — The County of 40 Mile is hosting a pair of meetings on Thursday on the topic of rural crime.
Meetings between the county and residents are taking place in Bow Island and Etzikom. The meeting in Bow Island got underway at 3:30 p.m., while the meeting in Etzikom was cancelled due to the weather.
The meetings will determine if a rural crime watch group will be set up in the county.
