Snowfall warning remains in effect

Medicine Hat, AB. – With the exception of the mountain parks, all of Southern Alberta, from Grande Prairie south to the U-S border, is under a weather alert from Environment Canada.
 
A system from the Pacific is pushing slowly to the east – and snow has already started in some parts of the province.
 
Environment Canada says 10 to 20 cm are expected, with some local accumulations of 30 cm possible.
 
Medicine Hat is under a snow fall warning – the Oyen and Acadia Valley areas are under a winter storm warning.
 
The snow is expected to end on Sunday.
