Police charge man with aggravated assault

MEDICINE HAT, AB — A 43-year-old Medicine Hat man is facing multiple charges following an alleged domestic dispute last week.
Police were called to assist EMS at a home in the 100 block of Second Street NE on February 15. Officers received reports of a woman requiring medical assistance.
When they arrived on the scene, police learned a man and woman were allegedly involved in a domestic dispute, and the woman was stabbed with a knife. She was taken to hospital for treatment. Police arrested a man on scene.
