What a disaster that winter storm was. Passed 5 cars in the ditch on my way home from work. Can people not just drive safely. Also, I’m tired of hearing “back East, we know how to drive.” Mate, I’m from back East and whether you are a professional driver or not, bad conditions are bad conditions. Allow people to drive cautiously. Don’t be so obnoxious.

That a city councillor has conveniently walked away from their part in the transit fiasco to run on a new board. Glad they’re done with Council, now watch this person mess up their latest venture.

Happy that I got a job transfer. Now my family and I can leave this broke, corrupt, mismanaged mess of a city. Place is the armpit of Alberta, soon be a ghost town.

I’m HAPPY we have our very own clown show for the mayoral race in our city.

Saw a lady drive passed my work and her back windows were snow covered. Just wondering how she plans on changing lanes or checking her blind spot if her car is covered in snow? Or is she one of those special people who don’t have blind spots so changing lanes without looking is totally cool. It’s everyone else’s responsibility to stay safe and be aware of HER. Look, if you want to total your own car – go nuts but stay the hell away from me.

Saw a little girl trailing after an older boy, crossing the street. He kept stopping to wait for her as they crossed the street and at one point reached down and held her hand as they finished their walk together. It was really sweet to see.
