This weather is awful! How do we go from 30C to 13C? It hurts. It’s cruel. It’s mean. I don’t like it.

I am honestly shocked and disgusted at how judgemental people are in this city. They will post nasty comments on things where people are going through a rough time and think that “freedom of speech” is a good enough cover for being awful. I have lived here all my life and the people have definitely changed and become cold and callused towards one another. As a wise rabbit once said, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say nothing at all”.

I thought fall was supposed to be cute boots, hot chocolate and pretty leaves changing colour. Not this frigid wasteland of cold.

Is anyone else bothered by the bases of the maple leaves on the new hill memorial? One of them is a triangular shape and the other is squared. If you haven’t realized, I sincerely apologize for ruining your day next time you drive passed.

Tired of calling for weed control when the only thing that occurs is they get two weeks to clean it up each time.  If you speed the officer doesn’t warn you, you are fined.

Monthly bus passes should be reduced as I am only able to use it half the amount of time now!

The Transit system seriously needs to be relooked at!  No transit system on weekends in many areas is shameful for a city this size.  Council needs to feel the frustration and give the bus a week worth of riding.  Not just the council but the mayor and the transit manager should go for a ride after 6:00 pm. You talk about a system but you did not ride the system to understand what was being recommended by the costly consultant who knows nothing about Medicine Hat needs.

Hoping that the city is taking a look at the frustrated and angry comments about the transit system. These comments are coming from your citizens, Medicine Hat. Clearly, you’ve made a massive error by trying to save a few dollars. You’ve shown that you do not care one bit about the majority of citizens in this city. You’ve shown that rather than moving forward, you’d like to take the city backwards. Do cities like London, Toronto, Vancouver, Sydney cut their resources like this and leave citizens stranded? The people in charge of decisions here need to go. I won’t be voting to re-elect ANYONE in council.

Happy that my family had a wonderful time overseas and are safely home. They so very much deserved this trip! I’m delighted seeing photos and hearing stories!
