CALGARY — Calgary Police say a body found in a ditch west of the city is likely linked to three people found dead in a burned-out car earlier this week.

On Monday, three bodies were discovered in a 2011 burning 2011 Chevrolet Cruze in the 100 block of Sage Bluff Circle N.W.

Two of the victims were identified as Glynnis Fox, 36, and Cody Pfeiffer, 25. The third body in the car, another woman, has not yet been positively identified.

On Wednesday, a body was been recovered near the intersection of Highway 8 and Highway 22, west of Calgary. Investigators will not confirm the identity of the body, but have said they aren’t looking for Hanock Afowerk, 26, who was the registered owner of the car.
