VIDEO: 11 people charged in MHPS drug bust

The Medicine Hat Police Service have charged 11 people in connection to local drug trafficking.

According to an MHPS news release, the investigation ran for over two months, concluding in June. Aimed at street level methamphetamine and opiod traffickers in Medicine Hat, the end result was a total of 45 charges laid, with an array of drugs seized.

The following people have been charged;

– Michael Lariviere of Medicine Hat, AB charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of proceeds of crime.

– Daniel Chrysler of Lethbridge, AB charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of proceeds of crime.

– Kelsie Mast of Medicine Ha, ABt charged with trafficking methamphetamine x 3, trafficking heroin, intimidation of a justice official, and uttering threats.

– Richard Strong of Medicine Hat, AB charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine.

– Ashley Gackle of Medicine Hat, AB charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine.

– Eva Reviczky of Medicine Hat, AB charged with possession of a controlled substance x 3.

– Jay Brodie of Medicine Hat, AB charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of proceeds of crime, possession of stolen property, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, breach of probation x 2.

– Tammie Helem of Medicine Hat, AB charged with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking heroin, and possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine.

– Levi Aebig of Medicine Ha, aBt charged with trafficking heroin x 4, trafficking methamphetamine x 4, possession of proceeds of crime, possession of prohibited weapon, breach of a firearms prohibition order x 3.

– Wrayne Wawia of Medicine Hat, AB warrant issued for charges of trafficking methamphetamine x 2, trafficking cocaine x 2, and proceeds of crime.

– Frank Sandor of Wainwright, AB warrant issued for breach of recognizance.

A total of 75 grams of methamphetamine, two grams of heroin, 15.5 grams of cocaine, and three grams of marijuana were seized.
