CALGARY — A 42-year Calgary man arrested last week on voyeurism charges has been charged with child pornography offences following further investigation.

Jeffrey Robert Williamson was re-arrested on Friday and charged Saturday with possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography. He was arrested on Tuesday and charged with three counts each of voyeurism and publication of voyeuristic recordings.

Williamson is alleged to be behind the now-suspended “CanadaCreeps” Twitter account that published inappropriate photos and videos of Calgary women, including images taken underneath skirts. The account was running for a year, with 17,000 followers before it was suspended.

The latest charges stem from an examination of electronic devices seized from Williamson’s home.
