VIDEO: Rattlers host Red Deer College this weekend

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The Medicine Hat College Rattlers women’s basketball team are hoping to continue their winning ways this weekend.

The Rattlers host the Red Deer College Queens for a pair of home games at the Snake Pit Friday and Saturday. The Rattlers currently sit in fourth place in the ACAC South Conference with a 5-4 record, one spot above the 4-7 Queens.

Sheridan Popenia, Karly Larson and head coach Clayton Neilsen spoke with CHAT Television about their strategy for the weekend games.

The women take the court at 6 p.m. on Friday, with the men’s Rattlers facing the Red Deer College Kings  at 8 p.m. Saturday’s rematch begins at 1 p.m., followed by the men at 3 p.m.
