Montreal Canadiens Alumni Team to play charity game at Canalta Centre

MEDICINE HAT, AB —  Hatters will have the chance to see some of the best players in the Montreal Canadiens’ history take the ice this March.

The Montreal Canadiens Alumni Tour makes a stop on Saturday March 11 at the Canalta Centre for a charity hockey game against local media personalities and hockey enthusiasts. Chris Nilan, Patrice Brisebois, Hal Gill and Keith Acton are among the alumni taking part in the game.

The event will also raise awareness and funds for the Medicine Hat and District Food Bank. Fans are encouraged to bring food items and donations for the Food Bank to the game.

Tickets go on-sale Friday at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.ca, by phone at 1-855-985-5000, or at the Canalta Centre box office. Tickets are $21.50 plus service charges for adults and $14.50 plus service charges for children ages 3-12.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the event beginning at 7:30 p.m.
