MEDICINE HAT, AB – The man accused in the murder of a Medicine Hat woman was back in court on Tuesday for a brief appearance.

Noah Bentley, 26, made a brief appearance via CCTV at Medicine Hat Provincial Court. Bentley is charged with second-degree murder after 53-year-old Brenda Woloski was found dead at a home in the 800 block of Third Street SE on November 12. The death was the city’s third homicide of the year.

The case was once again held over as Lyndon Heidinger, Bentley’s lawyer, informed the court he did not yet have full disclosure about the case.

Bentley is scheduled to appear in court again on January 10, 2017.
