Medicine Hat City Council to hold public hearing on Land Use Bylaw refresh on Monday
Land-use changes, economic development and housing incentives are among the topics before Medicine Hat city council during Monday’s meeting.
The City of Medicine Hat‘s annual report will be accepted for information early in the meeting.
Council will hold a public hearing on the final phase of its Land Use Bylaw refresh, a project aimed at making development rules easier to understand and apply.
The hearing will start with a presentation from the manager of planning, Robert Sissons, and the superintendent of planning, Shawn Champagne.
