The Bandits would go on to increase the lead to 4-1 midway through the second on a goal from Jack Rosensteel, assisted by Dmitrijs Dilevka and Jack Good.

An early third-period goal from Liam Fitzpatrick, his second of the night, just 35 seconds in, would extend the Bandits’ lead to 5-1. An assist went to Ahlberg.

A five-minute major and a game misconduct for charging from the Crusaders Tommy Coccaro put the Bandits on the man advantage midway through the third period.

They would capitalize, scoring their final goal of the game and first power play marker to make it 6-1. Mathis Dufour found the back of the net with assists to Good and Johnson.

The Bandits will now face the winner of the Cranbrook Bucks in the BCHL semi-finals.
