Medicine Hat Tigers acquire forward Luke Cozens from Lethbridge Hurricanes

The Medicine Hat Tigers have acquired 19-year-old forward Luke Cozens from the Lethbridge Hurricanes in exchange for 2007-born defenseman Kyle Heger.

At the time of the deal, Cozens led all Hurricanes skaters in scoring with 17 goals and 44 points through 39 games.

Heading the other way is first-year defenseman Kyle Heger, a B-Rated skater for the upcoming NHL Draft who has 15 points through 35 games.

Heger leaves a talent-packed Tiger blueline and will see his ice-time skyrocket in Lethbridge.
