Athletes from Brooks, Foremost and Consul competing at Maple Leaf Circuit Finals Rodeo

Several athletes from the extended Medicine Hat area, including southwest Saskatchewan and southeast Alberta,are participating in the Maple Leaf Circuit Finals Rodeo Finals in Regina from Nov. 26-29, 2025.

The Canadian Professional Rodeo Association event features 10 top contestants in each of the eight major rodeo events.

Competing in team roping heeler is Devin Wigemyr from Brooks, and both Rylan and Braden Brost from Consul, Sask.

Barrel racing has Lynette Brodoway of Brooks competing.

Bull Riding includes William Barrows of Foremost.

The event runs over four nights during the Canadian Western Agribition at the Brandt Centre with a total purse of $120,000.

The Maple Leaf Finals aggregate and overall champion in each event qualify for the National Finals Rodeo Open taking place in Pikes Peak, Colo. next year.
