Maple Creek’s Parsonage leads bull riding event at Canadian Finals Rodeo after two days
Maple Creek bull rider Jared Parsonage sits at the top of the standings at the Canadian Finals Rodeo at Rogers Place in Edmonton as the only contestant with two scoring rides after two days.
A dozen riders are competing in the event, with Parsonage ranked third coming into the competition.
Through 24 rides at the event, the bull riders have only stayed on for eight seconds a total of seven times.
This has given Parsonage a healthy lead in the aggregate scoring with 169.25, with three rides to go.
