Heat warning issued for Medicine Hat

A heat warning has been issued for Medicine Hat on the eve of Canada Day.

Over the next three days, temperatures will reach 32 C to 34 C combined with overnight lows of near 16 C.

Watch for the early signs of heat exhaustion in yourself and others, Environment Canada says.

Signs may include headache, nausea, dizziness, thirst, dark urine and intense fatigue. Stop your activity and drink water.
