Spokane Chiefs beat Medicine Hat Tigers 6-2, series now square at one
The Medicine Hat Tigers weren’t able to recover after the Spokane Chiefs came out strong in the first period, with both teams coming off the weekend with a win each in the Western Hockey League final.
Cayden Lindstrom found the back of the net for the first time since March 30, 2024, to get the Tigers a 1-0 lead.
The Chiefs responded with four goals in under five minutes to take a three-goal lead over the Cats.
Berkley Catton, Rasmus Ekstrom, Owen Martin, and Shea Van Olm each found the back of the net to silence Co-op Place.
