🏊‍♀️ Frosty Fun Days at BMG

Organizers say Frosty Fun Days are the perfect place for kids to unleash their holiday spirit, while parents tackle last-minute holiday errands.

The one-day camp for children ages four to 12 runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday at the Big Marble Go Centre.

Participants will get s to swim, do crafts and more, organizers say.

Tickets start at $36 and are available on the city’s ticketing platform.

🛼 Live roller derby

A roller derby is taking place from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday at the Medicine Hat Exhibition and Stampede’s Cypress Centre Pavilion.

At 2 p.m., there will be a junior Level 1 scrimmage.

Then the Pilot Lights take to the track against Windy City Wipeouts at 4 p.m.

At 6 p.m., the adult Inferno battle will take on the Deathbridge City Rollers.

Tickets are $10 for the full day at the door. Ages 12 and under is free.

🐅 Tigers at home

It’s a home-at-home series for the Medicine Hat Tigers this weekend against the Lethbridge Hurricanes.

The Tigers host the Hurricanes at Co-op Place Saturday night before travelling to the VisitLethbridge.com Arena on Sunday.

Both games start at 7 p.m.

Tune in live on Wild 94.5 radio with voice of the Tigers Will Bryant.

🏒 More hockey

The Medicine Hat Cubs host a pair of hockey games this weekend in Medicine Hat.

The contest with the Agra Risk Wheatland Kings starts at 7:30 p.m. Friday night.

On Saturday afternoon, the Carstar Okotoks Bisons are in the city for a 3 p.m. puck drop.

Both games take place at the Kinplex One Arena.

The Medicine Hat Cubs are partnering in support of the Medicine Hat Women’s Shelter for a Pajama Drive.

That gets underway at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Medicine Hat Kinplex when they take on the Okotoks Bisons.

The Brooks Bandits host their last contest before the Christmas break on Saturday.

The Salmon Arm Silverbacks visit the Centenial Regional Arena with puck drop at 7 p.m.
