All Co-op websites back on online, reports of empty shelves continue
Federated Co-operatives Limited on Wednesday said its corporate and all local Co-op websites are back online once again following a cybersecurity incident in late June that continues to impact the availability of food on shelves.
“We encourage Co-op customers to visit their local website and once again, we thank Co-op members, customers and the public for their patience and understanding,” the corporation said in a statement.
The June technology failure impacted the fuel and retail brand’s business-focused cardlock fuel stations, its retail supply chain and many other internal systems, according to the company.
Its grocery stores are still dealing with the impact, with customers reporting some empty shelves and shortage of products.
