St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church is holding a community resource fair on Saturday featuring haircuts by donation, display booths from various Medicine Hat organizations and a silent auction of religious items, among other activities.
The fair runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with church tours at noon and every hour until 3 p.m.
There will also be free give away items collected from donations from the congregation, including toys, books, sports equipment and more.
St. Patrick’s church, a prominent landmark on the Medicine Hat skyline, has a long history in the community dating back to the 1880s when the original building went up at corner of Third Street and Fifth Avenue.
