Jose Adalberto Renderos (Medicine Hat, AB), beloved husband of Irma Isabel Renderos (Vilma), passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022, at the age of 73 years old. Jose adored Vilma, his wife of 48yrs. Jose lived, worked, and enjoyed life in El Salvador where he was originally from, in 1986 he and his family immigrated to Canada settling in Medicine Hat which became his home ever since.
In El Salvador Jose worked for CENDEPESCA (Development Centre for Fisheries & Aquaculture) working with marine wildlife mostly in the conservation of sea turtles, a job he enjoyed.
Once moving to Canada, he worked many jobs and eventually became self-employed working janitorial services for medical clinics until his retirement.
He enjoyed his time, travelling to parks and visiting new places with his wife and kids. He was a happy soul, a good Samaritan and always willing to offer a helping hand whenever possible.
Jose loved his grandchildren, never missing the opportunity for hugs, kisses, and treats. Jose is survived by his wife Vilma; sons Vladimir (Patricia), Wilber (Rhoda), and Henry; grandchildren Marcus, Anthony, Brandon, Arianna, Keven and Jaxen; brothers Oscar and David; sisters Hilda, Rosa-Nelly, and Isabel and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Jose was predeceased by his mother Maria Isabel and father Anselmo, his brother Anselmo (Memo), sister-in-law Mercedes and niece Jacqueline.
Prayers will be held at the PATTISON CHAPEL on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish (1451 Strachan Road S.E.) on Thursday, December 8th , 2022 at 1:00 p.m. The service will be live streamed.
